    Bus Pass Application Link

    The application form for transportation services for the 2025–2026 school year will be available starting July 14, 2025 @ 8am.

    Once your application is approved, you will receive an email containing a payment link along with instructions to complete the transportation fee (per student).

    After your payment has been received and processed, the Transportation Office will send you your child’s bus route details.

    ⚠️ Important: Please arrange alternate transportation until you receive confirmation of both payment and route assignment.

    Note: Payment will not be accepted until the application has been approved.

    Before applying for a bus pass, please ensure your child is fully registered at their home school.


    Jefferson School District Transportation – No Refund Policy

    Effective Date: July 14, 2025
    Applies to: All bus pass purchases made through the Jefferson School District

    To ensure transparency and consistency in our transportation services, the following policy outlines the district’s position on refunds for bus passes:


    🔐 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Passes

    Jefferson School District is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged bus passes.
    A replacement pass may be purchased for a $10 fee.


    🔁 Non-Transferable

    Each bus pass is assigned to an individual student and may not be transferred, shared, or sold.


    ⛔ No Refunds for Service Interruptions

    Refunds will not be issued for any of the following:

    • Missed buses

    • Route or schedule changes

    • Weather-related delays

    • Mechanical issues or temporary service suspensions


    📋 Limited Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)

    Partial/Prorated credit may be considered in limited, exceptional cases.
    For example:

    • If a student transfers to a Jefferson School District site that does not offer bus service.
    • Student moves out of the school district

    To request an exception:

    • Submit your request in writing

    • Include proof of payment

    By submitting a transportation application or purchasing a bus pass, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this No Refund Policy.
